In-mold automated riveting
The automatic riveting method is suitable for large-scale and high-frequency riveting requirements. The specific steps are as follows:
- Preparatory work: prepare all the required equipment, including automatic riveting machines, contacts, and rivets. At the same time, check the operation of the automatic riveting machine and whether the defects have been repaired.
- Adjust the equipment: adjust the equipment parameters of the automatic riveting machine according to the parameters such as the size of the contacts and rivets to ensure the accuracy of riveting.
- Install the contacts: install the contacts on the automatic riveting machine and adjust the position to the correct riveting position.
- Determine the riveting position: activate the sensor on the contacts to determine the correct riveting position.
- Start riveting: turn on the automatic riveting machine and let it automatically complete the riveting task. After completion, the riveting quality needs to be inspected.

In-mold automated welding
Since the in-mold automatic welding method is complicated, it needs to be customized according to the customer’s technical drawing. It is mainly divided into the following two methods:
- Semi-automatic welding: the silver contacts produced by our company are first produced and tested in the workshop. The silver contacts then pass through the vibration plate into the stamping progressive die for welding.
- Fully automatic welding: according to the specific requirements of the technical drawings, as long as the silver contacts on the welded parts can be produced by cutting and shaping the wire or strip in the mold, we will design the mold for fully automated in-mold welding according to actual needs.
