Silver tin oxide (AgSnO2) is a two-phase or multi-phase composite material mainly composed of silver and tin oxide. It has excellent resistance to welding and arc erosion. This material is mainly used in relay and contactor products in the form of sheets.

Silver tin oxide contact material is prepared by a special powder metallurgy process. It has the characteristics of good bonding between tin oxide particles and the matrix and high dispersion distribution in the matrix, and has good processing performance and excellent mechanical and physical properties.

3. Silver tin oxide indium oxide (AgSnO2In2O3) contact materials and contact rivets

Silver tin oxide indium oxide (AgSnO2In2O3) is a multiphase composite material mainly composed of silver, tin oxide and indium oxide. It has excellent resistance to welding, arc erosion and material transfer. This material is mainly used in the form of rivet contacts for AC general relays, automotive DC relays and other products.

This material is prepared by a special alloy internal oxidation process and has the characteristics of fine oxide particles and uniform dispersion.

4. Silver Nickel (AgNi) Contact Materials and silver alloy wires

Silver-nickel (AgNi) is a two-phase or multi-phase composite material mainly composed of silver and nickel, with the advantages of low and stable contact resistance and good arc erosion resistance. This material is mainly supplied in the form of wire or rivets and is used in products such as AC general relays, small and medium current level contactors, etc.
